To raise an official complaint please contact us via the following [email protected]
Please email us with the following: name, contact number and registration number of your vehicle, the current miles, and the issue you are having, please have any diagnosis reports and quotes sent over, we will come back to you within 72 hours.
if your complaint is about a warranty supplied by warranty solutions group, please also make sure you have registered your complaint with them by following their complaints process on their website.
Finance complaints.
We are authorised and regulated by the financial conduct authority, under registration number 765364.
If your complaint is about a finance product please use the above email address, usually a complaint about entering in to a financial agreement will need to be investigated and our final response issued within 8 weeks, you will receive a complaints acknowledgement letter within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN SERVICE (FOS). Usually, you have 6 months from the date of our final response to do so. Our final response will set out our view on the issues raised in your complaint and tell you whether we are accepting or rejecting your complaint.
